Financial aid comes in many forms. Different Types of aid come with different benefits and requirements. These pages describe the different kinds of awards and their features:

Grants

Grants are a form of gift aid that are automatically awarded to students who meet certain eligibility requirements.

Scholarships

UCCS seeks to assist students searching for scholarship opportunities from both the university and outside scholarship providers.

Educational Loans

Loans are borrowed money that can be used to pay for educational expenses, but must be repaid after a certain period.

Student Employment

Work Study awards are earned by working at on-campus and off-campus positions.
