View Your Awards

Once the Financial Aid office has processed your aid application, you may view your financial aid award in two ways:

1. Financial Aid Notification of Eligibility (First-time Freshman & New Transfer Students Only)

Your initial notification of financial aid eligibility lists your grants, scholarships, and estimated loan eligibility in one comprehensive document. Initial award letters are mailed starting in early February to incoming students as soon as your financial aid file is complete.

We continue to mail these notifications weekly as we complete your financial aid file and after July 1st, incoming students will receive this notification of eligibility via email to your UCCS email. If you have discarded or misplaced your initial letter, you may request a new one by contacting the Financial Aid Office at finaidse@uccs.edu.

2. myUCCS Student Portal

You may also view your awards online through the myUCCS Student Portal.

Follow these steps to access your awards:

• Sign into the myUCCS Portal

• Click the “View Your Financial Aid” from the Quick Links menu.

• Choose the appropriate aid year that you wish to view (note that to view the 2022-2023 year you would select “2023” as the aid year).

If your awards change over the course of the year, you will receive an email informing you that a change has been made. If this occurs, the changes will be visible in the myUCCS Student Portal.
